I had the pleasure to talk to Dr Marcos Morales Polanco over the phone in April about my procedure and schedule my appointment. He explained everything in detail I had many questions and concerns but he made me feel comfortable and was always so patient explaining everything. My endoscopy was done by his brother Dr. Morales Polanco he was also very nice and kind. The day of my surgery I was calm and ready since Dr Marcos Morales Polanco made me feel safe. The entire staff was really nice and the hospital was super clean and comfortable. I’m glad I had the best doctor my surgery was a success and I continue to keep in touch with Dr. Marcos Morales Polanco.

I just wanted to share my experience. (It was amazing, by the way!) 😁 I had surgery on 6/20/2022. My experience was incredible! I messaged them on 5/23, had a virtual appointment with the surgeon on 5/24 , did an endoscopy on 5/28 (only because I had a hiatal hernia), I did my appointments with the nutritionist and psychologist virtually, and surgery was originally scheduled for 6/6 but had to be rescheduled to 6/20 only because my husband brought home covid from a work trip. The doctor, nutritionist, and psychologist all communicated with me using Whatsapp and virtual meetings were done with either Whatsapp or Zoom. I only had to do the pre-op liquid diet for 5 days before surgery. They did both my hiatal hernia repair and VSG at the same time. I went in on the morning of 6/20 and went home in the afternoon on 6/21. My surgeon Dr. Marcos Morales Polanco, my anesthesiologist Dr. Arturo Gallegos, and their entire team and hospital staff were extremely kind, caring, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment we talked and saw the pros and cons of cholecystectomy surgery, it gave me the expected confidence, everything went very well and my recovery was quick and without complications, infinite thanks to Dr. Morales Polanco.
